Nibbles's extended Holiday

I think you have met this character before...This is "Nibbles"...he comes on holiday too when the grand children come north to Nanna's ...he even has his spare hutch here(albeit smaller that his two roomed apartment at home)...Last weekend he came up with everyone to help me celebrate my birthday and in all the stress of getting everyone all packed up for the return home with a sick baby Rowan plus Grandma on board for the ride back home too after being up with Taj and Owen for the weekend....and Uncle Geoff passing away that very morning...and me havign to take off to the nursing home ......he got left behind ...there he was still lazing in his hutch when i came home with Hattie(Chelsea dropped her off at the nursing home on her way out of town as she was staying with me for the week)
Hattie took on the responsibility of caring for him for the week so Nibbles had an extra long holiday at Nanna's...Yeah!!!

Of course there was no keeping him in the cardboard box on the back seat of the car on the drive home to Hobart...he was out and up on the back of the seat to explore out the back window(wonder what the other drivers thought when they saw a rabbit hopping around in the back window of my car???)before we even got out of town...and this is his majesty sitting reclined ..back legs all comfortable ...he also sat on Hattie's lap for some of the drive home but preferred to sit on the seat with Hattie's leather coat over him ...next to her booster seat(so she could pat him) on the two hour drive back home ...mind you he was so good and there were no wet patches or rabbit "currants" anywhere to be found. so Nibbles you may come again..... lets hope they dont forget you again though!!!!!
