Our Retaining Wall is up......

The wall builder has been like the fairy in the night and finished the retaining wall all in two days.... of course the builder also went in with the back hoe and now the pipes are also in for the water, waste inlets and outlets....the pro-formers are up all ready to go.....
So now that the pipe work is in the ground they will lay the dirt back and get ready to put the pods on the surface with the re-enforcement and the slab will be laid down next week.....so the wall won't be that high really as the house will then be built on the slab.....all about the drainage to take the water away for the foundations....

it is becoming a reality ...we sign the Builders Contract tomorrow and then it will be 100 days till the house should be finished...note i said SHOULD!!!!!
