Nile River dipping....

Today we took a drive to the Nile River to find a quiet little pool for a dip.... not skinny dipping...but almost because these two little water nymphs had no bathers with them this visit... but we had short and tops to swim in and a quiet pool in the Aussie bush was just the place...

the water was crystal clear....see the little toes and the red "crocs"

A big sister is a great help when you want to climb up on the rocks....

OHHHH  it is so cool in here Nanna...can we stay all day????

I am nearly swimming Nanna ...LOOK.

Are there sharks in this water???? NO ....sharks are only in the sea don't you know!!!!

and the most happiest "person" of all was Beattie the dog..she swam and swam and then rolled in the sandy soil and swam some more....

and then she SHOOK herself all over us..

i think my hat is wet Nanna ...

it is all Poppy's fault.... he splashed me....

time for a snack...you can sure work up and appetite doing all that swimming you know!!!!

will we have time to go back again before we go home?????...mmmmm MAYBE... but we will save that little spot as our secret for next time you are up girls...what do you say????
