Here are some of the mob on the tyre ..that is Mick hanging on for grim death......i forgot to put this shot in...there are so many good ones i didnt know which ones to to choose....
Jetty Beach at Bridport... this is the remains of the jetty that was here for the fishermen to unload their boats from and to fish from..it was burned down a long time ago but now serves as a great spot to snorkle around and certainly must be the most photographed place in Bridport.. the beach that the remains jut out from was were we all headed for today to have a church picnic and the weather was perfect... the water was refreshing (to say the least..i only got two bucket full ..thanks Kym and Joe.......no swim though...have to buy some new bathers when i go to Brisbane in a few weeks)
Micks truck tube was a great amusement for everyone...young and not so young.... but certainly fun loving

and buried in the sand and all buttoned up .....a bathing beauty ...the straw hat got wet and ended up being a creation from the 30's but it kept the sun off.
Two happy boogy boarders.... Bethan and Jesse... What better way to celebrate this beautiful day than at the beach.... seeing as Australia is surrounded by water...we are after all and island and a very beautiful one at that.

Looks like B and Hattie are having a wonderful holiday with Nanna. But where's Darby D??? Good to see you spent Australia day on the beach. We loved going out to the beach for Aussie day when we were in Sydney. And Bridport is one of my favourite places in Tassie.
