This is our block...and just look at it....not our doing mind you...the sub divider has started to put in the cul-de-sac in and he has dumped the road base on our block...i sure hope he moves every little spec of it because i don't want my garden full of it!!!!
and to add insult to injury ...he (or someone) has removed the huge stones that were right by the fence just up from where i am standing.... i wanted those for my front garden... grrr....

Yes ...there will be a big 6 foot fence to go up so we don't see the old house already there.....and the boy who came to play on the road base lives there...mmmm

If you look up behind our white car that is were the cul-de-sac will come in and you can see that the huge gums have been cut down and the sheds have almost gone on the right there too...so things are on the move...

We already have this monstrosity on our fence line to the north from one of the three houses going up Amethyst Place already ...just one street over and the cheek of them pushing their fill onto our block...mmmm might have to have a word to the sub divider about that because i don't want to get on the wrong side of the neighbors before we even start......
But if it stays there that means we will have to dig our slab further in and that means more money for a higher retaining wall..."not happy Jan"

YES I KNOW I SHOULD HAVE WARNED YOU IN THE BEGINNING THIS POST WOULD BE BORING...SORRY.
No it's not boring at all Annette! It's super exciting, although I didn't realise that your house was that far off - that they haven't even made the cul-de-sac yet. Oh well - it will all be worth it when you are in your brand new beautiful home! Exciting!
ReplyDeleteLots of irritating things going on, but hey, some positive things too! it will all fall into place before you know it. Wendy xxx
