The last (but not final if you know me) house plan

The floor plan....I think this might be "Mark 16" of plans we are up to here...but this one is in at the builder for costing so not much will change in this floor plan..... i am happy with it to now.... i love what i have planned for my kitchen...two benches for friends to sit around and talk while i cook them a meal.... Lots of cupboard space on that back wall so that i have everything at my fingertips to do it....
Lots of open spaces in the open plan living area for everyone to feel comfortable and to spread out.... views of the the sunsets over the Western Tiers....as you lift your eyes up from the gentle flowing gardens ..we have a largish odd shaped block..... and loads of sun will pour into the house all day.....
And that Alfresco area is where we will sit and have dinner and BBQ's in the summer and we may even enclose that in the winter and still bring the outdoors in....
it is slowly coming closer now... Yeah!!!!!!!

Of course these pics are not the colours that the house will be when it is completed .... but just so that you can see we did a computer generated pic in the 3D Program and these are the colours that came up.... i will take pics when it is done...so you will have to wait till then because it will be a bit "different" i can assure you!!!!
We were out looking at bathroom tiles today... i am thinking i might have go to the mainland and look... a trip on the boat with the old UTE maight be in order i am thinking because i still have not seen the WOW tiles here yet!!!!
But i have chosen the colours and materials for my kitchen already..... i have been told i am before my time as my style is very individual but somewhat European.

(Isn't that what a Interior Designer is supposed to be like?????)

NOW IT JUST HAS TO ALL BE WITHIN THE BUDGET...... mmmmm
