Wow this was an amazing day..... we started off looking through the shop windows after we woke up really early (not used to the time difference still).... we were on the 37 floor...show you the views later...
The Statue of Liberty was our first stop.... this person paints themselves and stands at the dock for you to have your photo taken.... "Himself" looked like a geek i know ...mine was worse..no i am not showing it!!!

Yes these sort of very colourful pieces of attire are purchased they weren't in a museum...they were in a store... pale pink with the same colour shoes and dark pink sox and hat to match ...real orange with brown and cream stripped shirt to match
...all for the man in your life...."Himself" breathed a sigh of relief that the store wasn't open yet because i wanted to go in a check it out......
Very nice ladies fashion if you are a size FOUR...that is USA sizes of course more like the 8-10 here....
but i loved looking and this back wall in the same shop was divine.... all dried flowers poked into the wall..yep they were real..freeze dried....
see you tomorrow for the double decker bus ride through Harlem and the bridges...
I hope we get to go to New York one day. It's definitely on the bucket list! xx
