Yes things are on the move at last..... on Monday the curb and gutter went down ....that means that the developer is a seriously on the move with the works.....




here you can see that the road base is down ready for the tar and the curb and gutter is all marked out.....

Can you see where "Himself" is standing with his hands in his pockets checking out where our drive will go...yep!!!! a huge problem.... the stopcock for the water was in the middle of where our driveway is to go.... so a quick call to the developer and we were sure lucky because the curb and gutter was due to go in two days....he agreed to change it pretty quick...

That's our block with all the rubbish on it and that big pile of dirt and rocks...which will all be cleaned off soon...

The beginning of October...yep ...we are hoping the titles should be in our hands by then.....(not holding my breath but we have been promised)

looking towards the bottom of the cul-de-sac where the offending Telstra pit has been at last removed and re located...(after 11 weeks of waiting for them to do it)..... which has allowed the work to progress at last....

YEAH!!!!!
