Happy New Year...the times they are a changin!!!

Happy New Year dear blogging Friends... lets hope it is one that brings good Health and Safety and well as a time to make and complete those challenges (or goals)...(i will show you what i am up to this year in a later post)

But first ...i have to clean up the remains of last year and my work station as seen below....

And i promise you i didn't tidy it up either......

lets see what has to go from here... first i guess is the December calendar...( Chelsea why didn't you make these again this year...i will miss really my calendar from you ..each individual one for the month ...just right for above my computer)
The Christmas star you sent me when you lived in the USA...the catalogue with my dream bed...booo Hooo... all those messy cards....

Time to put up new pics of the kids.... take down old "remember to do tags".....I will show it to you when i have done it...OK????

I just had to show you this gorgeous little leukadendron flower that is now covering the plant that came into flower after a heavy prune of what looked like a dead shrub.....

and then this prehistoric looking beetle flew into my hand while i was out in the garden today....the colours where just so intense the lens does not do it justice.....a promise of another Christmas...yes i think they call this brightly coloured beetle a Christmas Beetle.
