Last night we had the very talented Sacha fit the opaque frosting film to our front door...if you remember i told you the saga of our front door ????... it came and went twice and wasn't going the third time when it came back without the frosted glass....SO... a call to the talented Sacha and my design was presented and Sacha worked her magic and this is what we came up with...(we still have a little more signage to go on the front door in the form of letter overlay....) but i just had to show you where we are at....
DOOR....Just a little portal to look through to see who is visiting me.....
The unveiling is starting....
and a certain little girl who is in residence for the week stayed up to watch all this happen and play with the sticky paper...
the final smoothing out and trimming is happening here.....
We have had this door done for a few weeks now (Sacha house sat for us while we were in Queensland..she did it then)
if you look hard you can see the front door as well....
this is the hallway door that needed safety signage on the glass...none of that boring old crosses or stickers for us...not when we can have Sacha whip up this concept from an idea i had...
WE love it Sacha... Thanks heaps...no better way to spend FHE i reckon.... then a milo and marshmallows and banana cake...BLISS...
I think your idea is great! Especially the peephole effect so you can see who is at the door. I think it looks great Annette!
