Last week we had a text to say that there was some goodies on our doorstep....of course "Himself" and i had decided to have an early night and watch TV in bed...yes that is the truth and nothing but the whole truth....
so i was the designated member of the family to go and see what it was(sorry i forgot to take a pic of the goodies)
YUMMO.......
There was homemade Caramel slice and assorted truffles all packaged up with a bow in cellophane...so back we went to bed with them as our treat(me cautioning "Himself" not to drop any chocolate crumbs in the clean sheets...)
THEN!!!!!! the door bell rang...

I go to open the door to.......
THIS LOT...
YES!!!! IT WAS THEM WHO BROUGHT THE GOODIES ..and they decided that seeing as there was a light on and they were this far out of town they really did want to see us and check out the house and have one of Nettie's famous frothy Milo's and Tim Tams...
so they rang the bell... came in.....and make them a Milo i did ....
Thanks you guys for your visit and your love...(we still miss you all)
You made an early night watching TV so much more fun for two old geriatrics....
