I cant believe we have been in our new house for 6 months now ...every time i look at the garden i marvel at how we are being blessed with so many gorgeous "little pieces of love" we are being given from other gardens.... we keep on being told that it looks like we have been here for a couple of years at least....
Daisies, pansies,azaleas, iris of all colours, lily of the valley(from my naturopath), little blue natives...the list goes on.....but there is still room for more to fill up the spaces...
now check out the veggies i am growing....
Brasica's all in and well under way
Tomatoes and strawberries plus salad greens already being picked... and my little pear tree has 8 pears on it....
Check out the herb garden just outside my door....
a free crop of peas from the bale of pea straw...almost ready to pick now...
All watched over by my very patient Chinese fisherman ..who wiles away his day trying to catch that allusive big fish ...all in the bird bath!!!!!

Oh how jealous I am of your garden Annette! We are hoping to start getting ours started in the next week or two. I wish we had those free woodchips right now! :)
ReplyDeleteNothing like a garden to make us feel thankful for all the Seasons. Have you noticed how even Winter and when spotting the odd bird that comes begging for crumbs make us feel blessed to be here?!
