GOOD FRIDAY saw Poppy and Nanna make the pilgrimage to Hobart to see these little people and to celebrate the wonderful gift the Savior gave us all of The Resurrection...which means that we will all be resurrected and if we live worthy of that gift we will be together as a family for Eternity ...How wonderful is that Easter gift...
but to celebrate the modern tradition these beautiful little bunnies recieved the gift of chocolates ... but will give thanks on Sunday at church for that greatest of All gifts...
Yummmmmmm.....well this chocolate bunny was perfect until his ear was bitten off!!!!
MMMMM ..a piggy bank Nanna????? Well you can sure "bank" on Nanna finding a good bargain...(yep nothing at Wespack...a real bargain...and one for each of them too)
Are you sure that is what his face looks like B ?????
yummo Nanna ...i'll eat his ears first...then all of him.
Now what was in this bag (all of the girls had one)...yep our Easter tradition.... ever since their mum's were a little girls we have given them their new PJ's for the winter at Easter time...this Easter they all loved their new PJ's too.
This little man already had his Easter pressies... (a severe nut allergy means no regular chocolate for him ...his mummy found some special chocolate without traces of nuts especially for him...Yeah!!!) and with his trusty vacum cleaner he set to the cleaning up after the BBQ lunch of delectable salmon kebabs, chicken sausages, potato salad, green salads and then fresh fruit salad and double cream to finish ....
... and a lovely long walk on the beach...(the girls even had a swim in the surf..mmm forgot the camera for that one)
How are you spending your Easter????
Happy Easter .....
