On Saturday night we had an amazing Bush Dance at Church and with it came the yearly Pie Competition for the men...Yes the Men had to make and bake a pie of their choice and it was judged by categories...
"Himself" is a competitor who only enters to win....
So he went all out with his pie and the decoration...

He peeled, cored and cooked a couple of kilos of scrumptious granny Smith apples.. made a scrumptious 4 egg custard, baked some some pastry pieces and stars...then proceeded to layer it all together into this fabulously delicious creation....
