Here they all are perched up in my upstairs lounge room(the one down stairs didn't fit 28 of them plus Kelv and me)...They came, brought food to share and had a good time socializing with each other...such a happy bunch when they are all together...(noise level increases by volumes of course) this time they were saying their goodbyes to one of their group..Dale ...he is flying out to New Zealand on Thursday morning at 6am to serve a full time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints...his mission is for 2 years. That's him with the 22 on his TShirt..
This is a group pic of us all together
And this is Dale...helping at the sink...how good is that for a boy????? and i didn't even have to ask ...he offered....
So Dale.. we all wish you well on your mission and we will write you lots of letters ...just don't come back with a Kiwi accent!!!!

I had to show you this watermelon...so tasty...not at all like the ones you buy in the green grocer or the supermarket...why?????
It is because this man Tim grew it...Yep i know i didn't think you could grow watermelons in Tasmania either...and no it wasn't grown in a hot house ..he told me he planted a heap of plants and grew about 30 melons...this was one of the babies...thanks Tim it was so yummy..shame they ate it all and left me none...oh well it was for us all at the Fast Breaker.
Dale will be an awesome missionary. I LOVE seeing a guy at the sink - what a good boy for volunteering to help out. My boys had better grow up like that! :D
ReplyDeleteNaaaw I miss you guys and your fast breakers!! YSA will definitely be different without Dale around!!
ReplyDeleteMilla, it won't be different with Dale gone because Danny has decided to step into the No1 spot
