Exeter Market Day

Today was such a glorious sunny spring in the air day we decided to go for a long drive in the country...down the river to Exeter and Yeah...they had a market day ...sadly Hattie wanted to ride a real live pony but we were told that the man with the ponies had a knee operation and couldn't come this month but he will be there next month as they have the market every month ... ...it was bursting with country wares....fresh vegies and fresh farm laid eggs (which we bought of course)...now just look what i spied...

All this wonderful colourful hand knitted jumpers and cardi's (http://littlebyrdvintage.blogspot.com i was thinking of you when i saw these cardi's and jumpers and the blue clogs)

I couldn't resist taking this little old ladies picture ...her name is Colleen and she sells trinkets...how cute is she???

these bags were all for sale on the end of her stall

i almost was tempted to buy one of these novelty mugs with a cacti in them...i did say almost!!!!
