Here it is .....the sign is finally up for the last of the blocks and the official name(we still don't have a sealed road in there though) and the Launceston Show week is almost upon us...do you remember that is when we were supposed to have the Titles to our Block?????So we can only hope that the promise will be fulfilled.....
did you see that the existing house (shown as Lot 46) will be selling soon...the developer bought that and will renovate it, tidy up the grounds and then sell it...come on and buy it... i really am the best neighbor......
As you can see from this pic there are only FOUR Blocks left but i am guessing they will soon be snavelled up ...probably before the road get finished even....
just thought you would like to see the update...
i am hoping there wont be many more of this sort of updates and the next post i will show you will be a pic of the Titles...mmmmm that means our healthy little bank balance will then be depleted some...OH WELL it also means we will be on the way to actually starting to get that building ball rolling...YEAH!!!!

ReplyDeleteGood for you- I am a bit concerned about the name of that road that you turn off...in certain accents it could be a bit rude. Hope you can get started quickly...fingers crossed
