Doing the Tourism Tasmania bit......

This is my nephew and his wife and their two children(no that baby dangling is not real.... her name is Amy and she came on holiday as well)... Can you tell they come from Queensland???? yes it was a little fresh down there at Dockside but the day was amazing and turned out to be 18 0C ...one of our nicest spring days...but they were feeling the cold... so off to the Museum we went...
We had to wait a few minutes till it opened
..so look at the fantastic view in the plate glass window...that is some of Trevallyn you see there....
Pedal power in the Science Section......

The swinging Bridge can sure make you feeling queasy in the tummy check out this one as the bridge never moves just the inside of the room.... weird as.... because you actually grasp the sides of the bridge thinking the bridge is moving....
The Dish communicator is unreal...just whisper to each other and you can hear everything said and they are heaps of distance apart with lots of exterior noise as you are outside in the courtyard....

yeah i did that a small magnet attached to the chain onto the huge block of iron and suspended on a chain...you can actually swing the huge suspended weight if you are very careful and go slowly...

Love these reflections.....and the suspended drops of water...

They have moved the Dinosaur Exhibit as they are relocating it but we still got to see them....

Who had more fun i wonder?????

All of us did!!!!!!!

More tomorrow in the Railway Workshops... dark and dusty... dead men working!!!!
