he is here !!!!!

ARLISS HENRY DANIEL LANE.... arrived on Wednesday 17th November weighing in at 8lbs 9 ozs... after his mother labored 24 hours to deliver him... but he had decided to do a somersault and when the time came he was facing the wrong way... so he had to be delivered by "C" Section.... mother and baby boy are doing well ...in fact Sarah went home today (Monday 23rd) ...of course she wont be able to do a whole lot but Paul is there to help her with baby Arliss...

The proud parents..Paul ans Sarah with their son Arliss Henry Daniel.... OH!!!! i know that the Henry is to carry on Paul's grandfathers name and Daniel is to carry on Kelvin's grandfather Clark's name.... but i am still to find out where the name Arliss came from?????

now here is three generations... This is Sarah's grandfather (my dad who is 83 and made the trip to Hobart with my brother who is down from Queensland) to see baby Arliss... how proud a great granddad is that????

all bundled up and fast asleep...but that changed!!!!!!

and just look how proud "Himself" the grandad is!!!!!

and here we are ...Mum and Dad, Sarah and baby Arliss....

FOUR GENERATIONS....... never thought i would see the day......

now we don't know where these little boxer's ears came from but i guess he will grow into them and they will unfold....

but when i see this little fist i am having second thoughts...mmmmmm

but he doesn't look like a boxer here.... a uni professor maybe....he has a few years to think about what he wants to be but for now we are sure glad he is part of our family.....
