Treasure Island ...and of course a paddle......

Poppy has played Tennis every Friday at the Indoor Tennis Centre in Dowling Street ever since it opened nearly 20 years ago now and just this February they added this amazing Children's Play Centre....called TREASURE ISLAND it is so good and i suggest that if you are over the Kids Paradise one then you give Treasure Island a go and it is right there next to the KMart in the city....

I must admit we got in for FREE cause Poppy knows someone ......but that didn't change our idea about just how great it is...

just to give you a glimpse of the size inside the centre..... and while the kids are at play mums can sit and have a hot choc and chat and even have a light lunch...we did.....

She couldn't wait to get going through the whole thing...and this was the start......

UP and Down along the walkways behind the mesh...you can see the little people all the time....

This is one of the two huge slides... she went down this one more than once and loved it...




BUT THIS WAS HER TOTAL FAVORITE PLACE AND SHE KEPT COMING BACK TO HERE THE WHOLE TWO AND A HALF HOURS WE WERE THERE....... the ball pit....

see the keyboard behind the octopus there it plays music when you walk on it... THERE ARE HEAPS MORE THINGS TO EXPERIENCE ...CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF.....

and i didn't know that poppy took this picture of Rosie and me in the ball pit....

We both had a blast i can tell you....

She was so hot that Poppy let her have a paddle in the PUT PUT MINI GOLF Course water feature right by the gate to cool her hot little feet.....

There was no one at the hole right by the gate so she had the little pool all to herself....

She splashed and had a great time.....

UNTIL....YES YOU GUESSED IT ...SHE FELL FLAT ON HER FACE INTO THE WATER... didn't upset her at all...she just wanted to take her dress off and have a swim....

Poppy had to convince her that there was NO SWIMMING ALLOWED... and it was time to go home ...but we will go back again to Treasure Island when Rosie has a holiday with Poppy and Nanna...

( We had to take Rosie home to Hobart today to her sister's birthday party...yes we will miss our little early wake up remimder.."It is not dark now Poppy and Nanna ..time to have breakfast"..... but we plan to have Rosie back again soon ...it will be to the new house next visit...WWWOOOOHHOOO)
