"Himself" made this!!!!!

Can you believe "HIMSELF" made this???????

Yes ... believe it....he did.....!!!!!

it is an easy dessert for a male to put together really...

Want to know how he did it....?????

He went to the supermarket and bought a pavlova that fitted perfectly in a spring form tine...
we can home and he sliced it into three layers...

the fillings he used were ....ice cream, strawberries and blueberries (but you could use any of your favorite fruits)

NB.. you have to move rather fast here to make sure you don't end up with a melted mess...

1...half a small container of vanilla ice cream (softened slightly) then he chopped up fresh strawberries (we figured later that you need to chop the fruit small as when it freezes lager pieces are harder to deal with)  and mixed them in the ice cream....he quickly placed one layer of the pavlova in and dolloped the strawberry ice cream on.

2....place the next layer of pavlova on top of the ice cream

3....  half a container of chocolate ice cream...at least one cup of blueberries mix in the ice cream and dollop over the second layer of ice cream

4...place the last layer of pavlova on top (pop back in the freezer at this stage to reset the ice cream for at least an hour...

5....Make up a soft chocolate gnache to pour over the top just before serving....
"Himself" chose strawberries to decorate....

I told you it was easy and it looked fantastic served up...

YUMMO.... it was delicious
