Fair Fudge

Last Saturday we went to the Glenara Lakes Retirement Village Fair...this also has an aged care facility where the residents live in very private and comfortable tastefully decorated one bedroom apartments which have nursing staff who are there at the press of a button to help with any thing they need including their medication administration. This is where Kelvin's Aunty Floss and Uncle Geoff are now in residence ... it also has a retirement village attached to it and one of our friends June lives in her own gorgeous home on the man made lake....She has been looking after the organization of the sweet stall for the last two years and so to support her again this year i made two huge batches this time, of my signature fudge.... a dark chocolate ginger fudge plus a macadamia and Brazil nut fudge in light chocolate..... of course it went like a wizz and the sweet stall raised over $700 ...well done June.

So the question is would you like the recipe for my fudge...??????

If i tell you it only has the two ingredients in it, you dont have to cook it in the oven, only use the microwave and you add whatever you like in the way of nuts, chopped glace cherrie, dried fruit, essences or ginger (there is heaps of other things to make it even more festive..i will include ideas!) and it only takes 4 minutes to make........ i am sure you will want the recipe........if so just let me know via your comments?????

(by the way Aunty Georgia the crock pot christmas pudding recipe is coming in the form of a step by step photo recipe...i am making it for Easter so i will send it via this blog when i make it)
