Fudge Recipe's Origin...21 years Old

When Chelsea reminded me that she remembered that the fudge was originally called "Aunty Chris's Fudge" i got to searching the origin..... so here is the source of it.... the girl in the pink jeans seated crossed legged on the floor is "the very Aunty Chris" ....were she got the recipe i dont know ...but i think it may have come from a Belgium friend as they lived in Belgium for around 15 years........an authentic Belgium recipe maybe????? If you look closely at the pic you will see they are eating the fudge.....
The guy in the green top is my man Kelvin (the girl he is so friendly with is Marlene the daughter of the lady with the cup in her hand who are dear friends of Danny and Chris) and the two children are my niece and nephew...This photo was taken in Ghent Germany in 1988 when Kelvin left me home with the girls as his brother shouted him the free ticket (Danny won it at a cycling event) so Kelv went for three weeks to see his brother Danny ride in the World Track titles events there plus have a look around Paris and over to London...

Here is Danny on the winners dias...he won the World Sprint Chaser Title (they ride their racing bikes alone on an indoor track behind a little motor bike with a roller on the back of it beating the clock..so it is a sort of time trial)
Stephen Pate was riding at the same venue and i have pics of him and Danny together as well....Of course Danny went on to win many more titles ...well over 200 in fact...and still hold the title for winner of the most six day races ever...he won a silver medal in the time trials in the Munich Olymic Games just missing out by 1000th of a second for first place and has a OME from the Queen of England...he still rides, lives in Queesland now and goes to Italy every year to compete...

That is Danny junior standing in the front of the winning dias...2nd was Tourn of Belgium and 3rd Betz of Italy...circa 25the September 1988
