Dream World ...Part TWO

Yes here we are on the second round of Dream World pics... Rosie is checking out the Koala's
Yes we got to have our photo taken with the Koala's..Nanna had to hold the baby girl Koala it could get frightened and try to jump out of your arms..the keeper was standing right close just in case.

it was so soft and cuddly...

Then we went over to the kangaroos (see all the native ducks wandering among the kangaroos too?) ...one got a bit anxious to see what Rosie was eating...it was licorice..so it decided it wanted to have some..it actually nibbled her finger...not really hurting her but it was more the shock of it actually biting her finger....

This character greeted us along the path as well..Rosie wanted to pick her up because she had loved the lizard at the Cararra Markets ..remember "cosmo"?... but she ran off....

 Now these are the real antiques of nature and can trace their ancestors back to the dinosaurs....The freshwater Crocodile....it was a great show watching them being fed with chicken carcases ...they look so lazy laying there in the water...but man oh man they sure can move when they want to.......

now if you thought 'Driving Miss Daisy' was great ....you should have been out Driving with Miss Rosie...she sure could handle the wheel of one of these babies....and we had to have FOUR rides on these old automobiles.....(they were on a fixed track he he..but she thought she was steering them all by herself)

NO he is not real...just a statue...but he sure was gorgeous....(So is she !!!)

These are the real true Australian Dingo Dogs...they live here at Dream World too...

Now if you think this water ride the Log Water Ride...was fun...IT WAS.... but was i apprehensive about going on the ride...YES...i was...but was Rosie scared ...NO..she was not.....check us out  going on this ride...Did we get wet...YES.. we sure did...Rosie wanted to go again ..just check out the face on that excited little girl!!!!
